Blue Star Bookkeeping, LLC provides bookkeeping, accounting, and tax-related services to individuals and businesses. All services are provided subject to availability and applicable laws.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By opting in to receive text messages from Blue Star Bookkeeping, LLC, you agree to receive messages in one or both of the following categories, depending on which consent you provide:

Service & support texts (transactional), which may include:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Requests for required bookkeeping or tax documents
• Account or service status updates
• Direct responses to customer-initiated inquiries

Promotional texts (marketing), which may include:

• Occasional seasonal and holiday greetings
• Service-related updates and announcements

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-In Consent

The two categories above are independent, and you may consent to either, both, or neither.

You provide consent to receive service & support texts by checking the service SMS consent checkbox on our website forms before submitting, or by signing a service agreement authorizing customer support SMS communications.

You provide consent to receive promotional texts by separately checking the promotional SMS consent checkbox on our website forms.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default. Consent to either category is not required to submit the contact form and is not a condition of purchase or service.

4. Opt-Out and Help

• You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive.

• Opting out of SMS messages does not affect other service-related communications.

We do not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.
